I ended up switching to R1 concepts cross drilled rotors when I did my wheels, tires and lift just for the looks. Im sure there a small benefit to the cross drilled rotors but not enough to notice. I did it mostly for looks.
I actually still have the OEM rotors from my limited. Where in cali...
Yea it just really depends on who you get on the phone! Every single dealer has accesses or the mopar dealer page to change the parameters of the vehicle to reprogram it. It just depends if that employee knows any better. Hell I had one of my local service manger tell me it wasn't even possible...
I have a Limited on 4inch bds with 35 on 20x10.5. The right way to adjust your tire size is call up dealers around you and ask them if they CAN or KNOW how to recalibrate the speedometer for bigger tires. 3 out of 4 dealerships around me said it was not even possible! (Which I know it is I will...
I have seen members fit a 35 on a stock air ride ram. Then again most 35's are a true 35 inch tire they usually measure a little over 34in. The weight of those tires are pretty good my 35X12.R Ridge Grapplers are 73Lbs each tire
Makes me glad I did NOT get the ram boxes for my limited. I got my Retrax PowertraxPro XR and its been working amazing. Hope you find one that works with your Bed rails
I am on the fence of getting the touring with the resonator on my 20 limited. Does anyone have any sound clips in cabin windows up with the touring and resonator installed? I might even put two lol. I just want something a little louder than stock but not too loud as many have said.
Brixton Forged did all the work for me, I told them I dont want any tire poke out. Told them the spec of the tires I wanted and they worked with bds to get the perfect offset that I wanted. From what they told me it is a -8 offset they did for me. Absolutely zero rubbing with zero trimming
You are 1000% Correct. "Break in" period was for back in the day when manufacturing was no where near to what it is today. Most of the new vehicles get dynoed at wide open throttle before even leaving the factory. As long as the engine is up to operating temperatures its all good.
I just added a 4inch lift and 35's on my 20 limited 3.21 gears, and the size is effecting the truck quite a bit. It keeps up and down shifting between 7th and 8th when I am on cruise control at freeway speeds. I am currently on the hunt for a ram/dodge dealer that is willing to recalibrate my...
Anyone in Norcal have an AlfaOBD thats willing to recalibrate my 20 limited? I went from Oem 22's to 35X12.5R20
Edit: I decided to go the Dealership route but the Local Dodge/Ram Dealers around me are saying that its not even possible! mind blowing. Does anyone In Norcal or even Socal Know of a...
I looked up the part @grimreefer said it doesnt seem like it has the two mounts for the sensors. How ever the picture on the part # you provided does have the mounts for the two grill sensors
