Bumping this - Just had an "A/C not working" issue. Local mechanic said he'd never seen a cabin air filter so muddy/wet. We had crazy rains on Monday, my issue happened yesterday. I'm wondering what's happened. I'm at nearly ~50,000 miles, I did replace the cabin air filter awhile back.
