From a sound aspect I hope this new I6 is like BMW. Before my Ram I had an X3 with the 3.0 inline six turbo and that engine sounded fantastic when pushed hard. And as others mentioned an inline six is so smooth. I've ridden in turbo'd V6 and all have sounded bad in my opinion. A V8 sounds...
I have Wildpeak AT3W in 285/65/20 and I really like them. I'm in MN and have driven them a few times in the snow now and they've been great. Last year I had BFG K02 in 275/60/20, I'd say the the Wildpeaks are for sure better in the rain and slightly better in the snow.
I run 285/65/20 Falken Wildpeak AT3, Falken lists the outer diameter as 34.6". They list the same tire in 35x12.5x20 as 34.6". So you should be fine going with that metric size, a little narrower is good for snow as well. I just drove on the AT3 in snow and ice for the first time yesterday...
I have that HF Daytona long reach 3 ton jack in the post above. I highly recommend getting the long reach, it has been great when working on my truck with a 2" level and 35" tires. It takes using all of that long reach to get tires off the ground depending on the jack point, I don't have to...
I have 35% ceramic installed on my sunroof and my front 2 windows. I feel like the sunroof tint really helps, on longer drives it definitely helps the cab to stay comfortable. My tint installer did tell me not to go too dark on the sunroof. He said if you go with like 5% or 15% there is a...
You'll likely need a 2" lift/level on the front. I have Weathertech mud flaps on my Limited, I have 2" daystar level on the front with Revel links. My wheels are +1 offset, so do stick out further than the stock wheels. I used to have 275/60/20 BFG K02's (so 33" overall) and there was zero...
I have a 2" daystar lift and level links on my 2020 Limited on the front, rear is stock. Running 285/65/20 Falken Wildpeaks, per manufacturer they are 34.6" tall tire. If I have my Weathertech front mud guards on there is a slight rub when turning at full lock. I took the front mud guards off...
My truck just started having this same problem yesterday, siriusXM hangs and then FM, bluetooth, have zero sound as well. I don't remember seeing anything about a software update for uconnect. Seems random that it just started happening.
If you switch to 20x9 +1 offset you should be fine. I have Fuel rebels in that size with 285/65/20, 2" level on the front, I had a tiny bit of rubbing only on my weathertech mudflaps, took the mudflaps off and zero rub. So if you're running 285/60/20 you should have plenty of room.
I tried a tailgate pad, I think it was a Dakine curved one, but returned it. My opinion is our tailgates are just too wide, most all trucks are now. Seems any pad or moving blanket will mean the bike is resting on the suspension stanchions and will rub as you drive. No bueno for any kind of...
With the daystar 2" spacers installed and the stock links the truck will see the front end as being high and just release air from the front air struts to get back to stock ride height. Should be fine to drive a little bit, front end likely just a little floaty feeling due to low air pressure...
Yep I have adjustable pedals. If you want a little bling I'd say for $20 they are worth it. They are a tight fit and I don't predict them sliding off at any time.
To install, on the brake pedal you remove the stock rubber cover from the metal pedal/arm and replace it with the new aluminum...
Well this forum made me order another part I didn’t know I needed. Got the Motrobe pedals from Amazon, for $20 they are decent quality. The brake pedal is just slightly smaller than stock rubber cover, should be ok. Both brake and gas pedal are a tight fit. I sprayed some soapy water to help...
I put 275/60/20 BFG K02s on mine. Stock was 285/45/22. When the speedo says 70mph my old garmin GPS showed 72. I didn't bother with recalibrating. Typically with stock tire sizes your speedo is always a little higher than actual speed, most car brands do that.
Thanks for this thread. I was able to pick up 4 of the 5qt jugs from my local advance auto store, plus Purolator PL12222 filters using that online discount. I'm good for several oil changes now.
I wanted to add my feedback, I just installed the Infinity Reference 3032 in the dash and center locations. I have a 2020 Limited with the Harmon Kardon system. I'd say it was a worthwhile upgrade. It sounds crisper and I feel like the bass from the other speakers is actually improved, not...
For those of you that got the B2 Magnaflow exhaust, after you've had it a while do you wish it were louder? I'm thinking of getting one but want to make sure there is enough difference from stock muffler to be worth it, or go with the Pypes muffler.
I just bought a 2020 Limited black appearance package at the end of December. Used info from this forum to help my negotiation so sharing my info as well.
MSRP $69,920
Negotiated sale price before TTL: $55,936
So exactly 20% off of MSRP which was where I wanted to be. Dealer also gave me a...
