I actually want to do something similar with a bar across the back of the bed and an eye bolt in the center to pull my ATV up with its own winch. my ramps are high and in the woods it is sketchy loading. I have thought about making something that slips in the forward bed stake pockets but I...
True, but you can always slow the fan down some and bring it back to where it is performing now. Sometimes turning the air over faster and getting the heat out is better than ice cold immediately.
OP keep us updated
Oil change and tires rotated. Maybe this weekend I can clean it up and polish some crud off. They had the roof redone at work and it got coated in nasty I dont even know what.
I installed the Faital Pros in the dash, base 6 speaker system. Got the adapter harness on amazon for $6. Went for a drive, clearer for sure, happy with the outcome. Now to find an amp, some door speakers and a sub setup I like.
I also plan on using the space behind my rear seats. Non etorque and base 6 speaker system. If I do it right I should be able to add a sub on each side and mount the amp where the ANC box is under the seat. Anyone have any pictures of what boxes they used for those who were able to get them...
Got my panel installed this week and ran wires through pillar and headliner. I wish I had taken a picture of behind the switches. I did 2 molex plugs on mine, a 3 pin and a 6 pin. The 3 pin carries a ground, ambient light wire to light the letters on the switch when they are off and a main...
Switch for pods/ditch lights
Switch for LED Bar
Switch for footwells so I can run dim red at 2 am trying to find guns in the back while night hunting. Turn white door and overheads off and run just red.
Switch for bed lights under the rail so I can see what I am doing. The cargo lights suck and...
I am in the middle of adding an aux switch panel inplace of my sunglasses holder. I would like to tap the lights in the switches into the dimming circuit but cant find anything about where to find a wire for it. If its not possible I would like to hook it to the circuit that turns the...
Maybe the tires that came on the older rebels blew, but the 19s+ with the goodyears do just fine, especially coming with them from the factory. I blow through stuff in 2w that my friends in a FX4 and a wrangler with BFGs need 4x to get through. Are they the best? nah there are much better out...
I have been in 3 different Laramies and my rebel has a better ride that all of them. As far as noise, I drive 60 miles a day at 75 ish MPH and its a very quiet ride. My friends who have Laramies all think the seats in the rebel are softer. The shocks are a noticeable difference as well.
5 leaks, 2 behind the front fender, one was the service bulletin thats a star case. One at the top of the Drivers pillar, one behind the brake pedal, and the door seal itself. There are other service bulletins for leaks in the back where yours appears to be. Demand new headliner and if the...
Has anyone installed an LED bar behind the grill directly under the RAM letters yet. I plan on adding the VICE hidden winch bumper and using the normal lower grill spot everyone seems to be installing bars in.
mine is same way. I turned the speed vol adjust down to 1 and turned off loudness and it helped a little but I still get fade out. I see a lot of writeups about adding amps and subs and having issues with the ANC after that. Can we just upgrade to better speakers and clean the sound up some...
Take note of how the vehicle sits in your driveway, the angle it sits sometimes amplifies a smaller leak. Mine had A LOT of leaks. I think the machine building it was about out of sealant. Who knows.
Mine took 4 trips to the dealership and one to a local air and water leak specialist called “water doctors” before it was sealed. 5 leaks total and its in its third carpet. If the shop fixing it is not a body shop I would strongly suggest talking with the service manager and having them work...
