Sorry for the criminally late response. I had zero issues with rock chips along the side of the truck. Mud and water will absolutely spray up the side of the truck though. Lived in Washington state when I had that particular truck, and I died a little inside everytime it would rain the day after...

Did you get hub centric rings when you picked up your new wheels?

I have not done it. But if I did I would either use the gloss black from Superwrap: https://getsuperwrap.com/ or something from Plastidip: https://www.dipyourcar.com/ Probably the new Hyperdip. Lots of options outside of the standard matte black Plastidip color you get from the local Autozone.

Cleaned the truck up (except the windshield, as I found out before uploading these photos) and had the new wheels/tires put on yesterday. 22x12 -44 Hostile Predators and 305/45/22 Nitto 420V. Wheels and tires finally arrived. Hoping to have them put on in the next day or so.

But having that little bit of negative offset that I assume the 22x10 will have will help to see more of the tire, which will make it look wider.

In general, yes. Won't see a huge difference between a 9 wide and a 10 wide on a 12.5 tire though.

Awesome. What all did you have to trim up front? Also, is the tint over your front markers film or spray?

It does. Unsure as to why. I've only seen one or two others with the trim added doing a google search.

How do you like the 420Vs so far?

Traded in my Big Horn for a Longhorn. Had the dealership swap my Corsa Catback. De-badged and tinted. Wheels and tires on the way. Will be selling these 20s w/ the Falkens for anyone interested.

While I can totally understand not wanting to drop that much money on an exhaust, I went the Corsa route after giving a 14in Magnaflow a try and I'm extremely happy with how it turned out. Their claims of no drone or resonance hold up, even with my ANC being deleted.

New cold start video after about a month on the truck. Sound definitely changes slightly once it "breaks in". Cold start has more growl to it, and it sounds really good in cab. Still no drone or resonance under any condition.

I do mostly in-town driving, so my mileage is already pretty bad. But I really haven't noticed any changes to it since install.
