Tried jws1982's method of a power cycle, lo and behold that worked! All volumes are as I saved them 5 hours ago. I checked the volumes before the power cycle and all were at 15 or higher. I will be repeating this to see if it's consistent.

Tried saving higher volumes (16-18) on all of the levels on the Media tab except the top volume (6). Saved to my profile and key fob, went in and ate supper at a local establishment. Each one was saved at the higher volume and the top one was still at 6. Will check again later today.

Returned from two 300 mile trips with stops/restarts. I made point to set the VR, Phone ring and call volumes below 15 and saved it on the memory door buttons. Each time, back up to 15, any above saved. Text message comes and makes person jump. Will have to live with it.......

Here is the latest update version. I have tried deleting all profiles, done a master reset. Still won't save any volume below 15.

I was surprised at the Low Fuel light coming on at a hair over a 1/4 tank left. The next day no remote start, rembered this post and calmed down after thinking something was wrong after 1500 miles on a new truck. Filled up with 21 gallons in a 26 gallon tank.

98k on our 2014 Bighorn, towing our 2800# boat around and 7000# RV trailer twice a year. One oil filter housing and camshaft bolts backing out are the problems I have had. Other than that, been a great truck and motor!

Update after dealer looked at it, easy exit seat now working. Volumes still will not take a setting that I choose. After restart the volumes look OK for 2 seconds, then bang all are at 15.

What does the little battery power or do that it's needed?

Got it, now why does one need another battery for stop/start?

I have deleted both of our phones and profiles. I set all of the levels down to 8, saved on profile 1 before shutting it off. Next day on restart I checked audio levels, they were briefly at 8- then all but the top one bumped up to 15. Dealer has been great, wants to flash system next week.

I have a 2023 A54 Samsung phone, the dealer has been helpful. The latest in the saga is the Easy Exit seat option is on, but does not retract. They want to flash the system next week. I took a gamble on the old thread.
