Why won't RAM fix such loud phone ring setting for incoming calls? How many complaints do they need?

I have a 6 month old 2025 RAM 1500.
RAM's ignoring this issue in unacceptable! My dealer cannot fix; they only say "RAM is aware of the issue". I spent a good amount of time with a Customer Care rep yesterday--resetting, checking software of UConnect etc--to no avail.
And I changed from being a long time F150 owner to RAM.
Has anyone heard of a fix? Thnx.

My 21 big horn does this and I cannot figure anything out...sorry but at least you aren't alone😁

I keep my ringer off on my phone and when i get incoming calls it doesn’t make a sound. It just pops up on the screen..maybe try turning your ring off?

If this happens to work for you, there is a way to set an automation for it. At least on iPhones there is… For example, I have my iPhone set up with an automation so whenever it connects to CarPlay the low power mode automatically turns on to save me battery power for longer trips.

Today I learned this! Thank you for sharing this trick!

Any resolution to your problem? What trim do you have?

Our 2025 Laramie has the same issue. Dealer tried a couple of same trim level 1500's with the same results.
I found out that powering the system off/on using the volume button restores the lower volumes. Hold button in for 10 or so seconds, restarts like a computer.
My 2014 did the same thing, 11 years later same issue........
