Anyone had this go out on them? Got the P440 code and had it checked out at a mechanic I've been using for 30 years and highly trust. He thought it might be under warranty but it's not. Apparently there are 2 different emmisions warranty. One covers the Catalytic Converter and something else...
2021 Ram Rebel with 5.7 Hemi, 40k miles.
So a few months ago the check engine light comes on. Had it checked and it threw a P-O440 code, emissions. Talked with a few guys and they said the ESIM is usually the issue causing the warning light. Went ahead and changed it out and the warning light...
Anyone here change it themselves? The only thing I found on You Tube was a guy changing one on a 2018 Charger I think.
Anyway from what I've been told is that it's relatively easy, I just went and bought the part from the stealer. Supposedly you have to remove the right rear tire and fender...
Just got home from the grocery store. Pulled in the driveway and unloaded the groceries. Immediately went back outside to put the truck in the garage and nothing. 2022 Ram Rebel 5.7 hemi with 35k miles on it. Lights and radio come on. Don't have a voltage meter available but I probably wouldn't...
Bottom line is I lost a key fob ( at home somewhere ) and for the life of me can't find it. So anyway, is there a cheaper alternative than going through the stealer.
As the title states, happened to me about 2 months ago the first time. Took off from the red light and it just wouldn't get out of first gear. Had to pull over, put it in park and then shifted back to drive and took off with no issues.
Coming home yesterday and happened again, exact same...
Okay, somehow or another someone shattered my back up camera lens and in doing so scratched up the pain around it. The paint I can fix, especially since it really isn't in a noticeable place. But the camera lens, the camera itself still works but with the lens being magnified I can't see...
As most here know there are multiple discussions about the above. After reading many of these and looking at the pics I too decided to go this route with the Bilsteins set at 2" of lift and the Motofab 1.5" spacers in the back.
Now to my question. I see where many have stayed with the stock...
What are you guys using for wheel locks? Or are you using any at all? Also on the center caps that are held on with only 2 allen head bolts. Anything for security for those?
Thanks is advance
Steve
Anyone here ever use any of them? I used both their Tire Shine and Vinyl / Rubber / Plastic cleaner and really liked them The Tire Shine is really nice, not too shiny and doesn't sling off. I didn't see anything here on these but the reviews on Amazon are great.
Found several post on this about painting, plasti-dipping and applying bed liner. But didn't find exactly what I was looking for. For those that have plasti-dipped, how many cans / coats did it take for this project. Going to go this route instead of removing, looks like a pita to do that.
Thanks
Just got this a couple weeks ago and loving it. So far added:
Bushwacker Fender Flares - Rhino Liner w/Roll and Lock Bedcover - De-badged - Plasti-dipped Tow Hooks and Fog light Bezels - Vinyl Coated front Ram Badge - Tyger Running Boards - Tinted tail lights, brake light over cab and turn...
Just bout a 2021 Ram Rebel and REALLY liking it so far. Have done a few things already and will post pics as soon as I get a chance.
Looking forward to learning and modding!!!!!
