My 2020 Built to Serve is currently in a collision center after being rear ended. I had to reject the repair yesterday as they painted the rear bumper a gloss/semi-gloss black which doesn’t match a single other black piece on the truck. They’re going to be repainting it.
In my research, it...
I have a Mopar Maximum Care Extended Warranty on my 2020 that explicitly states that any issues tied to a lift kit that’s either over 4-inches and/or not a Mopar kit won’t be covered under the extended warranty. I’d like to install the Bilstein 5100 adjustable front shocks to level out my truck...
Wanted to get peoples opinions on two possible wheel/tire setups that I’m considering.
Truck is a Built to Serve in Ceramic Gray and currently has the stock 20” technical gray wheels with 275/55R20 Falken all-terrains.
Option one is to keep the current wheels, but go up to a 285/60R20 tire...
Saw on another Ram Forum that 1500s (DT) along with Jeep Gladiators and Wranglers built after 4/13/2021 will only come with one key fob from the factory due to the chip/transmitter shortage. Build sheets will make note of this, as seen in the attached photo.
There’s been talk on one of the FB Groups about a new special edition for the Ram 1500 called the “Mopar 21 Edition.” Supposedly it comes with a different type of sport hood and graphics. A google search came up with nothing.
Has anybody on here heard about it? One of the gentleman on the FB...
IIHS just released their list for the 2021 Top Safety Pick Plus and Top Safety Pick awards.
The Ram 1500 was the only full-size pickup to receive the Top Safety Pick award (no pickups in the Top Safety Pick Plus). Kudos to Ram for this accomplishment.
A little caveat...IIHS does note that this...
Random question, but does anybody know if different trim levels (i.e. Big Horn, Laramie, Limited, etc.) have different exhaust components leading to different exhaust notes? The reason I ask is that my father has a 2019 Limited with the 5.7L and I have a 2020 Big Horn with the 5.7L (both...
This photo was posted on one of the 5th Gen Facebook Groups. It appears that Ram has new badging for the 2021 1500s equipped with the HEMI and Etorque. Actually think it looks pretty cool...just a little something to differentiate the regular HEMIs from the Etorque.
Not literally, but figuratively. This is just a thread to vent. So I’ve started contacting dealers concerning the Ceramic Gray Built to Serve Edition Rams, seeing if they are expecting them.
I’m in California, and one dealer in the San Diego area came back with saying they indeed did have one...
Looks like the next release of the Ram 1500 Built to Serve Editions will be hitting dealer lots soon. The second release includes Ceramic Gray and Patriot Blue. Ram posted some photos on the webpage linked below. The Ceramic Gray looks awesome!

Other than the TRX being released, any other news floating around on what other changes might be in store for MY2021?
With the COVID-19 situation and with the factory just coming 100% back online, do we know if MY2021 production will be pushed back?
I didn't see a Competition forum on the HDRams.com site, so I'll post it here. Here is the first look at the 2020 Chevy Silverado Heavy Duty.
