Sounds like a software glitch. Scan to code to see what it says then clear it out. They are still working the bugs out of the new canbus architecturez and despite what people want to believe, putting the Hemi back in Rams isn't going to magically fix that.

Fwiw my truck, with 75k miles has a completely clean coolant dipstick. I have had to top off my reservoir once because it was low enough dipstick was dry. I also still get the coolant smell on hot shut down from time to time.
