Check engine light came on Saturday driving home. Called dealership they said as long wasn’t blinking safe to drive to dealership can’t say I agree but we’ll see.
After having to have transmission replaced with less than three hundred miles less then impressed with ram quality control.
I will report back after trip to dealership this morning.

Take it to any local parts store and they can check the codes for you, so you will at least know what it is and if it is "safe$ to drive. I'd recommend buying a Bluetooth obd adapter to be able to check codes yourself going forward

For the most part, this is correct. Mine started coming on over a year ago. Went to the auto parts store to have the code checked and I believe it was PO 440 or something like that. Basically it was an emmissions code. Anyway, over the span of the next six weeks I had the solenoid under the hood replaced. The coffee canister thing at the rear of the truck. And finally, the fuel emission solenoid in the gas tank. The engine light then went off and stayed off for a couple of months. Now it comes on and off periodically and it's still showing the same code. PIA really !!!!!

Was the dealer diagnosing the issue, or was a shop just throwing parts at it?
