That is a windshield whistle. I've had that on a previous vehicle. To eliminate possibility of such surround windshield edges with painters tape covering the gap all around top three sides then test drive. It's a simple test worth trying to be sure.

My '23 5.7 etorque is 16 months old now, low mileage, only 4,200 and live in the country. Etorque is pretty useless to me seeing how there are 4 stoplights in my whole county. I will occasionally just sit at a stop sign for two minutes just to use/exercise the system. I have had no problems so...

The problem is the brake booster/master cylinder location and extra bracketing for generator unit on etorque models so inner liner would be no help.

Yours has an exterior frame around it doesn't it? If you notice in the pic the '23 is "frameless" so maybe that's the fix.
