The bolts for the steering rack are very accessible from the bottom of the truck. I'd check the torque, and throw a paint mark where the gear mount meets the crossmember. If the gear is shifting, the paint mark will tell you the story.

I am blown away by the standard equipment on the big horn. Across the industry, I'm not impressed. My wife's fricken bronco sport came with that stuff standard. But vs a current big horn, holy crap that's a value.
