The bolts for the steering rack are very accessible from the bottom of the truck. I'd check the torque, and throw a paint mark where the gear mount meets the crossmember.
If the gear is shifting, the paint mark will tell you the story.
I've had a 2020 rebel, 21 Laramie, 23 big horn back country, and now I own a 21 big horn.
Never had a vibration issue on any of the trucks until I bought this 21. Start to see it at 45mph, calms down at 60, then picks back up bad north of 75 mph. On a super smooth road, the shake at 45 mph is...

I had the oval on my truck for a few weeks, couldn't stand it. 7th gear droned, and MDS coming in and out was beyond obnoxious.
If it's anything like engineering, RamCares will be outsourced to a low cost country contract role. Stellantis quality is going to be hurting for a long long time after the recent moves.
Insalled an oval (moderate) B2 direct fit muffler. Total pain in the *** to get the exhaust leak at the rear to seal.
Now that I've got it sealed, I'm surprised how much I dislike it.

Early 5th gens had 4 way lumbar in big horns. Now even a rebel is 2 way. Foam cup holders, gone. Led interior lighting on many trims, gone.
Now, given the choice, I'd take...
I am blown away by the standard equipment on the big horn.
Across the industry, I'm not impressed. My wife's fricken bronco sport came with that stuff standard.
But vs a current big horn, holy crap that's a value.
