Just a quick question for Rebel owners

Two here on a 2019. It should state on your buildsheet how many were included for your 2020.

Lots of issues reported, curious who’s had no issues, major ones anyway?

I'm 16 months into my early production 2019 Rebel and after some bad luck early on with a cracked windshield (insurance claim) the couple recalls and the Chewbacca brakes, I am in heaven with my Rebel. I rolled the dice when I traded in my 2016 Rebel (had the nightmare air ride issues) when the...

    Dealer flat out lied

Post the stealerships name and leave them a negative Google review. I often use Google reviews to sway my choice in hotels, car rentals and other service related industries. Just cancelled a rental car reservation for an upcoming trip after some new reviews popped up about abusive lot employees...

Mopar factory installed trifold soft tonneau cover

I would also like the part # because I'm thinking about adding two clamps to the middle section for added security. Really wished they had a metal version.

    Slight vibration

Just got my Rebel back from the dealer for a similar issue. I know I'm on different wheels and tires and different diameters... but the end result was balanced, rotated and another alignment seemed to correct my issue, which was noise and vibration due to feathering on the Duratracs and slightly...

Furious. 14 months of ownership, truck has never worked 100%

Sounds like a legit lemon. Some vehicles are just cursed to have problems.... and those that are should be reimbursed full purchase price. But I have to say hearing the list of issues tells me you might not be dealing with the most capable shop or shop foreman/service manager. Those are all...

    My Son got a Rebel.

Does it have the 'clunk' and poor AC? :ROFLMAO:

    Cold air in center console

My console gets pretty cold in the sub zero temps... standard for most consoles I think.

Anyone ever pay off your truck early and get threatened by dealership that you are responsible for a penalty?

And any of us are supposed to feel sorry for the Dealers? Buddy, give your head a shake... they'll be fine. I say take every advantage and save every penny you can when buying a new vehicle, it's cat and mouse when doing the deal, I like being the cat.

    Rear Defrost Button

Normal... it's hit'n'miss with the temperature sensitive equipment, but mine comes on pretty consistently once the snow arrives.

Where is the block heater located on a 1500 ram sport- 2019

It's a very remote possibility that it's not installed. It shouldn't be that hard to find.

$20/month to use mobile start or unlock!?

It worked for me flawlessly and I'll miss it in winter for sure... some large worksites I'm on are beyond the range of the fob and it was nice to get the truck warmed before leaving... sadly not worth the extra coin. It should be included with any SXM yearly package. Too bad.

What's the No. 1 thing that disappointed you the most about your truck ?

Early 5th Gen Rebels didn't get advanced safety features or 12" screens. So sort of a let down but not really...overall, love every nut and bolt about my Rebel.

Any front level kits that don't affect the suspension, aside from 5100s?

Very minimal. I don't think it's possible to put any longer strut, via top spacer, preload spacer or adjustable strut without having some effect on stock suspension travel. I'm confused reading all your threads asking the same repetitive questions about some affordable unicorn level kit that...

    Dealer overfilled oil.

My understanding of manufacturers oil volume is a minimum/maximum with 1/2 qt of reservoir space to maintain overall engine health and longevity. You would have to be completely blind or stupid to add an extra qt by accident. Some folks think more is better for some things, not with motor oil...

    Front passenger grinding

Could it be more of a "gear binding" or the same effect of very knobby tires kinda thing? Then it could be driveline related, maybe wheel bearing.
