They make them specifically for rams

Somewhere they have this for 5th gens. These are the oem replacement but for like 350 bucks you can have them done custom length. But if you want them custom valved, you’d...
So king makes them directly, you can buy them from somewhere like filthy motor sports or whomever. You can get them custom length but they are pricey. But then they will be off the shelf king valving, for better or worst.
Icon DOES do this, but last time they said they weren’t taking custom...
I don’t think the truck rides bad at either, it feels more like a coil suspension in normal though for sure. In aero it does give a softer feel which I think some people may not like.
Having owned serval “bagged” trucks, I can tell you these things ride great at either lol.
You don’t need a “kit”, you just need replacement struts/coilover and rear coils. Basically you just buy the standard lift kit with coilovers. The only other thing is turning off the air suspension and pulling the fuse.
Yea the throttle is weird for sure, people keep saying it’s turbo lag but That’s not the case. I’ve never wanted to run a pedal commander but I’m interested for this. I also want a full tune, and who knows when that will happen, so I might have to try it.
The 3.21 trucks drive a lot nicer IMO. It’s hard to lug the 3.92 down and the rpm always seem a bit high. But I only went about 15 miles on the test drive so maybe it’s all in my mind.
I was told they flipped the cab bolts on these trucks, so how you have to pull the carpet to get to the body bolts. Coupe shops quoted me 900-1200 on install.
