Air Suspension Options for No Air Builds

Had I custom ordered a truck, it would be slightly different than the truck I'm driving. I probably would have gotten air suspension. That said, and given that I'm not so versed in the yins and yangs of it all, what are options for those of us who bought trucks without air suspension but want...

    Front license plate bracket

Same problem here. Plus, the holes drilled were not lined up. Real lame.

    Hardwired radar detector install w/pix

Another option is linked below. Basically, the panel below the steering wheel will expose a fuse box. Fuse 66 is unused and easy to grab the 12 volt line. I initially tried to tap into an existing wire in the overhead console. This turned out to be way easier...

    Stock stereo - any reviews?

I would have been happy with the 9 speaker system (heard at dealer), but the truck I bought was stock. They just didn't have a build I wanted with that 9 speaker or I would have gone that route. I must say, for a stock system it isn't bad. Not good enough for me though--I'm in the middle of...

    No Slide in Camper

My Bighorn Ram came with a note in the glove box that it is not recommended to use with a slide in camper. I've wondered why... maybe that I got the Bed Package with the tie down rail in the back?

Part in glove box? Part number 68361100AC plastic cover for tailgate removal

This came with the truck in my glove box, but I'm not sure what it is? I'm hoping it's an adapter to add several things to my Bighorn: upgrade the downgrade on my tow mirrors (foldable/heating), and (while I'm at it): 360 camera, Adaptive Cruise, and Lane drift warning. May as well throw air...

Hardwire radar detector to rear view mirror?

You're right. Went out there, and nothing. hahaha. Post I saw was obviously not for our trucks. Okay, to the other side...

Hardwire radar detector to rear view mirror?

New Plan. Gonna just run one from the fuse box behind the globe box. Better all around...

Hardwire radar detector to rear view mirror?

I'd rather pull power from the harness up in the overhead console area. Wires look a little thicker. Anyone have the schematics for those two harnesses? Somewhere in there I"m sure there is a good ground and ignition switched 12V power lead.... (see pic, two of those wires are ideal, I hope!)...

    Pedal Commander

I probably shouldn't have stumbled on to this thread. I don't need more stuff to buy... or I didn't think so. So are there drawbacks to using this? Why is the throttle delay in there to begin with?

The iPhone upgrade coming in Sept (or now if you are beta) will have WAZE as an app option so it will show up on your console!!!! WOOOHOOO! Waited so long for this!

Active Noise Cancellation - How good?

Similar to those, but a bit more complex. Those are the style holding the cover in place behind the back seats, these door clips are a bigger and stronger. Not a rivet style snapping that you have to release. They are two piece. I should have taken a picture of them. You won't need a tool. Pull...

Active Noise Cancellation - How good?

Easy. Couple bolts, then they popped off. Hardest part was deciding to pull hard enough to get it to snap out of the connectors around the sides and bottom. Brand new truck... I get a little nervous ripping things down.

Active Noise Cancellation - How good?

I considered that. Honestly, the electronics has everything tied together so much anymore I was nervous about it, lol. I may try that. Either way, I'm going to have unhook it sooner or later. On another note, I disconnected the battery when I took off the door panels. Since I'd be unplugging...

Active Noise Cancellation - How good?

I don't know how to turn it on or off, if it is even possible, so I don't know really how much it quiets things--but I'm curious. How good is it? I think it's only engine noise that is cancelled, and sometimes I like to hear my engine anyways. In some fancy sports cars, they actually do the...

5th Gen Stock Stereo Upgrade Options?

I just had a chat with our friends at Maestro and verified with the engineers.... the Active Noise Cancellation is disabled with the DSR1. This is good and bad. Bad, because it's kind of a cool feature. I don't know really how well it works because I haven't heard it with and without, but I...

5th Gen Stock Stereo Upgrade Options?

I think now I need to test the sub box when it gets here and the DSR1 when it gets here. I'm a little nervous the noise cancelling is going to cause problems with it, so that'll be the big test. I've heard of people in other cars having a lot of problems controlling it.... where they actually...
