Can anybody lead me in the direction of a solution that would allow my fogs to stay on with the high beam headlights? I have the led light group if that matters. Also not looking to purchase a $250+ programmer if it’s possible to do it without one.
Ok just PM me whenever you’re ready. It’s pretty easy to move the console back and remove/install the hardware. Can’t speak for the software though, maybe someone else will chime in that has completed the swap.
If anyone has the storage cubby that goes where the CD player is I will trade you straight across, or if anyone could provide the part number for the storage cubby that would also be appreciated.
I have my CD player out of my truck ready to trade for the storage cubby Insert if anyone is interested. Seems like my original deal fell through as I haven’t gotten a reply to my pm that I sent a couple days ago and they’ve been active on here since then.
finally got it out. Those screws on the sides were a real pita unless you have tiny hands. PM me and we can figure out how we’re going to do the trade.
Ok I’ll take a look again in the morning, it was getting dark out and the lights in my garage aren’t very bright. The mounting points are different than the ones pictured in that link though. I only found 2 screws on the top toward the back of the radio.
I don’t think so. The actual CD player is a large metal box that Is much bigger than the small visible cutout where you insert the cd’s. I’ll take pics tomorrow and post them here and see if anyone has removed it before.
So I moved back the console which was much easier than I expected but couldn’t figure out how to remove the damn CD player. It looked like it was just 2 screws securing it but it was still in there solid after I removed them and I didn’t want to break anything.
Had the exact same issue after my Mopar lift. It’s the sway bar end links. Very easy fix. I was nervous as hell though driving to work for 2 days, thought a control arm or shock was gonna come unbolted lol.
I did install the updated Mopar lift with the orp front springs on my truck. I am very happy with how it turned out. It sits completely level and still rides very smooth. I can’t comment on the longevity of this set up as I just got it installed about a week ago now. I have also not been off...
Like the title says, what is the tallest tire that people are running on the rebel with stock wheels and suspension. No trimming and preferably not rubbing either.
Does anybody know if the metal front bumper skid plate on the rebel will fit over the front bumper of other ram 1500 models without major modifications?
