    22 Limited Rear Doors

Most likely some fasteners or clips that didn’t seat properly. I bet one of the larger interior door pieces between the metal and interior panel is loose. Or, I guess it could just be a bad latch. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Slight rub/hum/shake when turning right

I’ve seen it in two 2019’s. The shake and noise are from the electronic power steering. Most likely a programming / software issue. Of course, Ram just says “duh, we don’t know” and “that’s normal”. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

New Truck Quality Issues - How Picky Should I Be?

On the CarPlay issue, try different cables, and a different phone if possible, before you go in. Otherwise they’ll throw it right back on you and say your cable / phone is bad. Intermittent issues are the worst, especially when trying to get a dealership to fix them. Sent from my iPhone using...

    Towing with a 2021 Rebel

Yes, you should bail. No trailer weighs the dry weight. It’s always more, and you’re already over. Rebels are designed more for off-road, not towing. I’d you can’t go 2500, then maybe look for a bighorn level 2/B with few extra options (payload would be around 1600-1700). Sent from my iPhone...

2019 RAM 1500 Limited will not start

Hit the starter a few times with a rubber mallet. If the starter has a dead spot, that can shift it enough to clear it. If that works, then it’ll start u til the starter stops in that dead spot again. You would need to have the starter replaced. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

2019 RAM 1500 Limited will not start

If jumping it didn’t change anything, then my first guess is a bad starter. Don’t rule out the battery yet though. Curious, is it etorque or not? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    3.55 Rear Axel Ratio

Definitely would. In OP’s case, for sure go 3.21 over the 3.92. At 70, 3.21’s have the engine around 1600 rpm. 3.92’s will have it close to 2000 rpm. Definite difference in fuel economy in flatter areas. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

2019 RAM 1500 Limited will not start

Need more details. When you try to start it, is the engine turning over / cranking? Or, is nothing happening at all? Not sure if this is related to your son. I’d think any damage a 20yr old would do would show up externally. :) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    3.55 Rear Axel Ratio

If you’re hauling a light trailer most of the time then the 3.55 would keep it in eighth gear more often, giving you a smoother highway ride. You don’t need 3.92 at all for your purposes unless you just want quicker acceleration in 1st gear. 3.21 or 3.55 would be fine. If I usually had a light...

    Electrical problems

I’d check for ground wires that are improperly secured to the frame. A poor ground can cause all sorts of intermittent electric issues. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Really low payload rating?

If you add the mopar tonneau cover to your truck order, do they count the weight of that against your available payload on the sticker? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    transmission fluid change

I disagree with that lifetime fluid stuff. I guess it depends on how you define “lifetime”. The dealership would probably say it means 150k miles or something. Changing it around every 50k miles has made the transmissions I’ve had reliably last longer. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    2020 Limited -> 2022 TRX?

Your limited is a much better choice for your usage. Rent a TRX or raptor for a week or two. That’ll scratch your itch. You’d most likely tire of the trx after a couple months and want the limited back. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Toy Haauler towing question

Need more info please. What’s the payload capability from the sticker on the driver door jamb? Do you have a trailer brake controller? How many people and how much gear will you be hauling in the truck along with the trailer? Do you have a tonneau cover or other accessories added to the...
