I have the regular, not the pro and am wondering now if I will get all four up there or not. I do like the Malone Stax 2 .... I had not heard of that one before. Time for some research and experimentation!! Thanks for the info!!!
So I am from upstate New York and had to do this to mess with the other Ram owners in this area. Since my package is "Bighorn/Lonestar" I decided to remove the Bighorn emblem and replace it with a Lonestar emblem. For those that don't know, the Lonestar edition is the same exact truck but with...
I had Line-X apply their undercoating at the same time as they did the spray in bedliner, within the first 3 days of having the truck and after a very thorough underbody wash. The undercoating comes with a lifetime warranty and does NOT need any reapplications.
In all the years I have owned trucks, I have never stuck with stock wheels .... there was always an "upgrade." This time, I decided to powder coat my stock 18x8 wheels instead of replacing them, as it was much cheaper, a different look yet still stock! Waiting on wheel spacers now!! It is...
Couldn't decide on new wheels and I like the design of the stock 18x8s so I decided to have them powder coated instead of replacing them!! Wheel spacers are on the way and then maybe a simple 2" leveling kit and I will be done ..... for now!!
Not that I don't trust the dealer (I don't), I was told that there are no Mopar suspension kits or leveling kits available for the 2020 Quad Cab configuration. I did check online and did not find anything either but if anyone else has a 2020 Quad Cab and has installed a Mopar leveling kit...
That's alright, I just got back from the dealer where they said this kit is only for crew cab, not for quad cab and Mopar has nothing that works with 2020 quad cabs yet!! So apparently when you choose your vehicle, on the Mopar Accessories site, you have to pick the Ram 1500 (All-New) instead...
And when you look at another part of the instructions, it says "2009 and newer." I also think it is funny that when you open up the installation instructions, its says SUPERLIFT SUSPENSION SYSTEMS at the top of the tab! I will have go to the dealership and find out in person, I guess. Still...
Hi All, sorry for doing this but I have not seen too much talk on this and the threads I have seen seem to have significant pricing differences.
I have had some negative experiences with aftermarket lift kits, even well known "reliable" brands. So, being that this is only my 2nd brand new...
Just trying to double check, with all the various threads and info. I have a stock 2020 Ram Bighorn with stock 18" wheels/tires and NO suspension mods so far. Am I able to go with 1.25" front spacers and 1.5" rear spacers without having to do any other suspension or fender mods? Thanks, but...
I ended up using some of the extra "soft top material" and Gorilla Tape to cover and seal over the post holes and related hardware. This way I have the string ends covered and am, hopefully, preventing water from leaking into the post holes ... not that the water is bad. It also covers the...
Added an Access Roll-Up tonneau and an AdaRac rack today! Cover was an easy install but the rack involved cutting of the bed rail covers around the post holes. All went well eventually and transporting 3-4 kayaks will be way easier now!
And I just fit in my garage by 1/3 inch!! This will not...
Hi All,
I am excited to be here as I just picked up my first ever Ram, this past Friday. Very happy so far as I was coming from a 2010 Nissan Frontier ..... which broke down 3 times in the last 4 weeks costing $1800+ in repairs!! It was definitely time!! I have owned almost all major brands...
