The slight angle is normal for lights on taller trucks, to keep the light from blinding oncoming drivers. That cutoff looks incredible, though! Much cleaner than the OEM LEDs I have. Your post is making me want to pick up a set now.

Absolutely. I only bought these a couple of weeks ago and the LasFit site explicitly said "updated." There is no guaranteed solution with bulbs.

FYI I have the same bulbs and they do cause interference. It depends on the truck, and the day, and the weather, and the wind, and I'm sure many other worldly factors we're unaware of. Weird trucks.

Nice choice on the rain sensing. I've found it very annoying on other vehicles but Ram's system is really good.

I've used this same line of reasoning multiple times for buying mods on both my vehicles. "If I sell this part for that part, then I'm really only spending x amount of money..." It doesn't always work out that way but it makes me feel better. But I'm an accountant for a living so if anyone ever...

Thanks @JBowman for keeping us updated! I love the look. I also love hearing no key fob issues. If you don't see key fob issues develop in the next few days, I'll probably pick this unit up.

I'm a lifelong GM fan. This... doesn't look good. The Lightning looks much more appropriate. Just because it's an electric vehicle doesn't mean the styling has to be over-the-top. Yikes.

After all the money I've spent on the "guaranteed no key fob issues" bulbs from Diode Dynamics and LasFit, I could have paid for one of these... It's tempting but I'm gonna wait and see if any key fob issues arise with the Recon unit before I dump more money into this.

A week with my "updated" LasFit bulbs and, you guessed it, interference. I'm about to waste too much money on Recon's unit or something. We'll see. I just can't go back to incandescent.

Oh definitely. I rarely tow and it's a huge difference just in general road feel. We have a lot of uneven roads here and it's incredible how much less body roll there is. The bed used to feel like a boat anchor but now it feels planted.

For the record, this is not the same truck I bought. It drives twelve times smaller than it did yesterday. Hellwig are performing witchcraft and I pray Jesus doesn't stop them. I have no idea how something so small can make such a big difference. Of course, I've been told that a time or two...

Same thing happened to me with the Diode Dynamic bulbs. Worked perfect then suddenly lost the key fob and door handle button lock. I switched to the updated Lasfit bulbs and so far, so good. I still intermittently get the no key fob error but I've discovered it may have more to do with the keys...
