If there was no visible tire damage then they should warranty. Too bad you dont have my dealer...they would address it even if FCA refused, at least for me. 6 deals on trucks in 4 years helps them be nice to me.
Sad but true. This is my second 2019 RAM as my first one was Ivory pearl and painted so badly that the dealer did a buyback on their own because of FCA being so slow to respond. The bed sides and all the plastic did not even come close to matching the rest of the truck.
Not sure if I mentioned in my response that it seems like the sub would pull road noise into the cab. As I turned up the volume before doing my road noise modification it seemed as if road noise increased.
To answer your question, yes I feel like the sub is extreme now. I have to set my...
I agree with you, but my first 2019 Laramie was part ivory and part not so ivory and was bought back by the dealer. For some reason I didn't notice it as much as the new ram I picked up in Feb 2019. Thought it was the bed to cab seal that was on my earlier may 2018 build truck and not on my 2019...
I liked the RB20's also but at the time they did not make them for quad cab. Also would have been hard to go with Steel boards and future rust with RB20 verses cast aluminum Ram off roads. Still really love mine.
I put the Mopar off road running boards on my quad cab Laramie. Did a bunch of research and was limited based on most boards manufactured for crew cabs. Really loved the fact that they were aluminum and bed liner coated. Was surprised at the weight (heavy) when they were delivered, and how wide...
Mine check engine light came on yesterday with the PO456 code (low level vacuum leak) and after several read and resets I was unable to clear. I was on a 1/4 tank of gas and after fillup I was able to clear code. Initially thought it might be gas fill seal leaking and tried cleaning with no...
Super, I find the auto folding mirrors with ignition off a bit dangerous when parallel parking in the city...can't see oncoming traffic from the rear when opening the door.
Having the option to auto fold when locking doors would be great.
I am also a pulsar user so any changes to eliminate...
Not sure if my experience helps but I have a Feb 19 build Laramie Quad cab and reduced to no wind/road noise when on recirculation. With fan on speed 3 I could hear a pop when turning recirc off as the cab to bed air vents pop open, then it sounds like the passenger back window is open and hear...
Rickj....as I said in my previous reply: the price is great if it is not ivory or white and doesn't have tow mirrors. Everything else can be addressed easily through warranty and if it is certified used you should have an extended warranty. If not ask for one.
My first 2019 new Laramie was...
You have seen on the msrp threads that a loaded new Laramie should be approx. $10 to $13,000 off msrp depending on the dealers time of the month. Mine was $11,500 or about 22% off when I purchased in December. That would put you around $47 - $48,000 if it were new. Figure $.25 a mile...
ExcursionD, I bought my tazer last week based on your work on the Pulsar/Tazer conflict. I too am looking forward to a resolution. Until then I will be following your install instruction (wax on wax off) pull pulsar, install taser, program, reinstall pulsar, dont use live controls.
Keep up the...
Yep, those that paid $20-$30,000 more for their Ram got a much better deal spending $330 on their tazer.
I bought a Laramie and for my $330 purchase I am thrilled to have auto folding mirrors and fog lights remaining on with high beam headlights. I am also excited that "The Z Team" is listening...
Just received mine yesterday.. thanks again for allowing me to participate in the group buy.
As for additional features:
- looking forward to a Pulsar update that will allow both to work without conflicts.
- would be nice to have mirrors retract when doors are locked as a separate option from...
Since January 2019 I have had the same pulsar installed on two different new Rams and each time there were no issues and the performance change is amazing. My first Ram was an ivory white laramie with 3.92 rear that was bought back by the dealer for severe paint mismatch. The second and current...
We'll I got my 1st 2019 Laramie in tricoat white and had no scratches, but the bed sides and plastic trim parts did not match the tailgate, cab or doors. Also my brother in law bought a bright white BigHorn Crew and same issue with his.
Mine was so severe that my dealer bought it back with...
For anyone interested...when my ivory 2019 ram was bought back by the dealer due to paint issues I ordered a 3:21 without tow mirrors verses my defective paint 3:92 with tow mirrors.
Here are the rpm/mpg pictures at 55, 65, 76 mph. You can compare to your 3:92 rear ends and maybe post similar...
I thought the same thing when installing so I placed the ground between the plastic case and the metal housing of the computer. Mainly because the ground wire was a bit short but also to increase ground contact. The threaded clip that the bolt threads into is also in contact with the metal base...
I have a pulsar installed but based on ExcursionD's test of both together I would be interested in the next group buy, knowing that at present the tazer on the fly functionality is limited.
