I used to have issues with my 2019, difficulty fueling (constant clicking) and fuel nozzle getting stuck as well. Ever since the dealer did the TSB and replaced the filler neck I’ve had zero issues.

Did a check engine light eventually come on after removing the grill shutters? I want to remove the whole entire thing and just leave the motor plugged.
My 2019 Ram does this occasionally. Doesn’t bother me even when it’s 100+ outside. My Freightliner work truck does it as well so I assume it’s normal operation.
For the 5th gens. I read of few threads of people doing it but they went MIA and never answered any questions if they ever got a CEL after just zip tying the motor..
Thanks for keeping us posted. A lot of us have been dealing with this issue for years. I just kinda gave up. This has been stopping me from putting on an exhaust system because it would be harder to diagnose. I haven’t heard of the noise causing any issues though..
