Don't be so sure, I have a friend with a 2019 RAM Laramie that it wasn't listed on his sticker and I turned it on and it worked.

There is a Windows/PC/Laptop version and an Android version, I have both. I did the BCM backup with the Windows version and saved it on my desktop, I've performed a few changes with both versions and prefer the Android version for usablity.
