Just picked up my truck. New transmission and (another) new valve body. I can no longer feel the MDS engage/disengage, but very low speed shifting is still rough. Transmission was supposed to take 3-4 weeks to come in, but after opening a Star case, they expedited it and it arrived in two days.

Thank you. After I left the original dealership a day or so ago, they said they had another customer come in with the exact same problem and video as well. FCA got involved, and now the original dealership has my truck for a week to see if they can get this diagnosed.

What number are you guys calling to get cases and FCA help? The number I called in the book (866-726-4636) sent me to a person who was no help at all. She basically just called the dealer, and said since they can're replicate it, they can't fix it, videos be damned. I didn't get a case number...

FCA won't help other than telling me to take it to another dealer. They advised videos are not proof, and if they can't replicate it at the dealership, it can't be fixed since it isn't throwing any codes. I've got an appointment this Saturday with a different dealer. Hopefully they can do...
