2019+ Rams with Lifts/Levels, and/or aftermarket wheel tire setups

18x9.5 Fuel Heaters, 35x12.5 Nitto Ridge Grapplers, Carli 2.5" Performance Kings, ReadyLift UCA, ICON 1.5" Rear Spring.
I get some slight rub at full crank, no major trimming just a little bit of plastic. I've had this setup running now for about 35k miles, no rebuilds yet. If i could do it over again I might have opted to just go with Carli's Commuter rather than the Carli King. I do a lot of dunes off-roading but not often enough to really warrant the need for top-shelf Kings.
@brodieg incredible setup, congrats. If im reading your mods correctly, youve got this truck level at 4"?

FNG here so please bear with me on the questions that's probably been asked and answered before. I've got a stock 2022 Laramie that I'm looking to lift and put some 35's on. After some extensive reading here, it appears that some combination of Bilstein's w/ UCA's is the preferred combo to get level at 3-4" vs. pucks or even a boxed RC kit.

Anyone have their truck already set up as such? What exactly would I need for that kind of install? TIA

Lot's of guys running that setup. Just to let you know, you need an actual lift to get 4 inches. But Close to 3 inches is possible with a level. Yes, Bilstein is the best low end kit for this. Eibach is also great but a little more expensive. If you don't have the money then is no reason to do this. So, if you are going to do this it is best and probably cheaper in the long run to get some quality UCA's at the same time. Stay away from pucks and UCA's made by companies that make pucks. Any of these kits will allow you to fit 35's. And yes, RC is Chinese garbage. Have fun and post up some pics when you get it done.

if you want the best that gives you options for "on road" and "off road" modes...

Ive spent at least an hour or two oogling over your setup @boogielander , absolute top notch rig! I wish i could justify the cost of going the same way but i dont tow anything and most of my travel is on asphalt save for a few weeks out of the year that I spend chasing deer.

Just trying to upfit mine for a bit more fun and make it easier to find in the parking lot at Bed, Bath & Beyond and hoping to get in and out under $1500ish or so... hence the focus on the bIlsteins. I appreciate your input all the same!

We purchased our 26 BH 4WD Hurricane, Wildpeak AT4's 275/60R20 on stock 20x9 +18 offset, 5100 Bilsteins (front only) on position 3, and it was perfectly level with 7" from top of the tire to bottom of the fender well. Improved handling while maintaining a very comfortable ride, plenty of room for mudflaps, but lost 2mpg and speedometer off by 1.88.

can't go wrong with the bilsteins.
i tow a whopping sum of 0lb, and nowadays i'm just going full send on trails, chasing raptors. that setup i got would be perfect for chasing deers too and provide great support/ handling for when the road gets twisty lol

Has anyone with 6" lifts had to upgrade their drive shafts? My factory one's boot had a tear and was told that it's because of the angle. I know other people on here are running BDS lifts, so not sure if you had the same issue. I spoke with BDS tech support and they said the drive shaft will have a slight bend at the boot and will not be as it was from factory. FYI this the drive shaft going from the transfer case to the front diff.

I have the Bilstien 5100 level struts up front using the factory springs with 33x12.5R18 on factory wheels. Have plenty of room and no rub or even close to it. Could easily fit 35’s on it.
