In-cluster GPS not working

Hey Everyone,

I just got a used 2023 1500 Hemi last week and I am loving it. My only problem is that when I try to use the GPS on the cluster display nothing loads. It will say that it's loading and then just go to a gray screen.

Anyone else having this issue or know of a fix for it? Maybe I'm doing something wrong or there's a setting I don't know about.

I have a 2023 Rebel 1500 - same issue. It's not always that happens.

Complained about it in the dealership last year. They kept my truck for almost 2 months waiting for a new cluster (that I knew it would fix the issue). Next day after I got the truck back, same thing happened again.

Only "palliative" solution so far is to reset your radio. Whenever you can't load the navigation map in the cluster, reset the radio and the issue will be "fixed" - until it stops working again.

I'll try resetting it. A temporary fix is better than nothing.

Hopefully they release an update at some point to fix it
