Sorry it took so long to reply.
After 2 radio modules, 2 new screens, I was politely told “just live with it”. That was it, they weren’t willing to help anymore.
So I did what other guys here have done and I bought a 2025 2500 hemi.
Best of luck to all you others trying to get somewhere with the pop up, fingers crossed.

Fixed. Six days so far.

How did you get an update? I connected mine to Wi-Fi and nothing happened. Is yours American? Maybe because I'm in Canada?

In Canada. Had to go into the dealer to get the update. Not over wifi.
Don't have the service receipt with me but I'm sure the dealer could find out which update it is.

Thank you @bryan35 ! I did some research online and I found the TSB. So if you guys need it going to the dealership, here it is ! Can't waith to have it done at my next oil change.

Since I was one of the first ones back in '24 dealing with this I figured I would circle back. I got the update today and no pop ups on the way home however I spent the first 30 minutes with the svc manager who couldn't get RAM to cover the update under warranty because I was at 37,228 miles. They wanted to charge me $51 to fix a s/w issue when they already replaced the radio and have documented the truck being in there 3 times before for the same issue. The fact that I had to find the TSB online myself didn't make me feel any better.
Eventually the svc manager agreed to cover the $51 and deal with Ram for it and in less time then it took to get the approval the s/w was updated and I was on my way. If you're having the issue get your s/w update ASAP.
