Rear Fog Lamps

I connected the rear fog lights according to the instructions. They turn on with the original button, but the lights icon doesn't display on the instrument cluster. Does anyone know why? Do I need to enable it somewhere?
As I read here, you have to change your market with AlfaOBD from EEUU to another, like Canada or Europe; other options may be disabled.
In my case, I used an Autel machine to change the market, and the auto emergency brake was disabled with a service warning on the cluster.
Now I have to make a proxy alignment with AlfaOBD to solve that issue.

Several earlier posts about this. When the Country Code is set to US, the icon won't illuminate; since US trucks never had the rear fog light option.

I´m having problems with the country code change.
I used an Autel MP900TS to change the country code to Europe and then I get a AEB disabled warning, keyless entry and remote start disabled, auto high headlights disabled.
I tried to make a proxy alignment with the Autel but it failed, so I turned back to USA country code, but the problems didn't disappear.
Then I bought an OBDLink EX and AlfaOBD, first of all I made a backup, changed country code to Europe again and country destination to Spain (where I am).
The problem is that I can´t do a proxy alignment with AlfaOBD, I didn't found the way to do it.
Now I´m reading threads that proxy can´t be done, but I´m not sure if that´s only for newer trucks, mine is a 2022 1500 DT.
Now I have the same 3 problems plus another warning from Uconnect (GPS of Uconnect Box requires service).
At this point the rear fog light icon on cluster is nothing to me, I want to solve those problems, any help would be welcome I don´t know how to continue, thanks.

A 2022 Ram 1500 doesn’t use a proxi configuration, so there’s no possible way to run a proxi alignment on it, and no need.
This is why I mentioned earlier in this thread not to mess with country codes unless you have an original backup file of your vehicle with alfaobd first.

And how I can delete this messages then?
I read ABS and RF modules and they give me no faults, maybe I missed something with AlfaOBD, I'm newbie with this app.
