    Ticking noise, 6000 Miles Hemi.

I get that from the manufacturers, they all want to keep their maintenance costs down. For owners that do even a casual search of YT on their vehicle, they can see many videos about different makes that all discuss the need to halve the mileage requirements. If you read the description of...

    Ticking noise, 6000 Miles Hemi.

Damn thats scary to have the oil change intervals that long. Would really make me wonder how to possibly reverse any lifter damage.

    8HP75 Transmission Service

You hit on one of the main things, “if I still own the truck then”. I have wasted a lot of maintenance dollars on previous vehicles thinking that I will keep it “10 years”. Based on my history, the average is about 2-3. Longest was 6, shortest was a ridiculous 14 months. What’s yours? Now I...

    A very serious question...

I had a 2015 F150 with the 2.7. On the test drive I was amazed, having come from the v8 world in trucks previously. The XLT trim was relatively cheap and the ride was pleasant. Had a good payload and overall ran fine. I never would have sold it as far as its performance, gas mileage and...

    Brighter DRL

I had read somewhere that drl’s are usually set for 50% of the low beam headlights. Don't think you can change that.

    2025 RAM 1500 BIGHORN 3.0 I HURRICANE twin-turbo, SO, 420HP - check engine light

Imagine what that could do for the transmission? And I will patent a 1/2” or equivalent mm bolt that screws into the drainpan of the transmission… I will call it a “trans oil drain bolt”. My automotive design engineer career has begun..

    2025 RAM 1500 BIGHORN 3.0 I HURRICANE twin-turbo, SO, 420HP - check engine light

Just crazy. Give me a dipstick, a simple "oil change reset" button puleeze. What is RAM thinking with this setup? 😖

Be safe there in tornado alley. Hope you get the no start issue rectified soon. If you've ruled out the battery and fob by testing or replacement, maybe a ground or then it could be fuel delivery. Sorry to be so vague. Got a scan tool? Error codes? CEL? I'm no mechanic.
