I have the eTorque hemi and my passenger side manifold cracked. Dealer replaced under warranty. Now just waiting for the inevitable failure of the driver's side. Are the replacement manifolds any different from the factory stock one? Have many had multiple failures?

I don't see this as a problem with the phone. Why would that kind of data be in the USB cable. I challenge someone else with an iPhone to try theirs.

Mine seems to work fine. It might take 5-10 minutes to get the first set of data after starting the truck, but that is understandable. After that, it continually updates every 5-10 min.

Have not seen this. Sounds like a dealership visit is warranted. Would make sure that the problem is happening at the time you take it in.
