I live near Cleveland OH and find it very difficult to get my truck in for service even if it's something as simple as an oil change without having to schedule it 3-4 weeks out. My wife's Nissan I can just walk in and walk out a couple of hours later. Is this normal for others as well??

I have the MX4 that I bought back in May and had a very negative support experience. Except for a clip that supports the rods breaking, the actual cover itself I am very happy with.

Check under the hood, maybe something died in there and the smell is getting sucked into the vents. Probably not, but it would make for an interesting story if it did.

I like the look of the deflector, but it did initially make it necessary to slam the hood to close it. Haven't had to open the hood lately, so I don't know if that has changed since initial install.
