Edited as my question was answered on page 5. I have a 19 and went with the 6514 harness which should be the correct harness from everything I have read. I’m going to order the 6515 harness to see if it fixes it.

Yeah I wouldn’t mind throwing some sound deadener in there while I have to door panels off as I have some left from my last truck. Did you have to do any trimming or were they drop in and plug and play?

I always liked CDT speakers. So you just replaced the door speakers and can tell a big difference. I may grab a set and just do the fronts. For $100 why not?

I use both of these also. Adams does have an anti static claim to it that does seem to work pretty good.

I’ve been thinking of changing mine with the bilstein 5100 adjustable shocks. Question Is do I leave out the top hat spacer or the pre load spacer for a better ride?

Are you sliding in and out of your truck? Do you have a lift? Do you have nerf bars to assist you getting into and out of the truck? The reason I ask is that from the pics you provided I would 100% believe this and consider it normal wear and tear.
