My truck is in the shop now to replace Air Dam Motor. Here is dealers diagnostic and part number. Just so you know ram extended the warranty for 8 years on Air shutter and dam.

My 2019 Ram Etorque showing same code U11E9 Dealer had truck all day and is ordering a new AAD part CXPKX961AA today. Don't have much faith that this is the fix after researching this forum.

Would it blow the F59 ignition coil fuse?

Did your wiring harness ever wear threw by contacting the bracket which supports the E-Torque unit causing a short and the ignition coil fuse F59 to blow and your truck to stall and not start?

Wouldn't the truck be throwing codes showing something to do with the coil, spark plug, misfire, etc if in fact it was arching?

Just picked up the truck from dealer. Dealer found driver side 3rd ignition coil bank wiring arching on bracket. They isolated it and taped it. $382. Little steep for a tape job!

Just wanted to update post. Dealer replaced the battery under the hood and the truck has had no issues since.

Wouldn’t that short some relays fuses etc? 9,000 miles on the truck with no issues, battery ground recall, brake pedal recall, and a software recall, completed all at the same time, then I get a battery issue after driving the truck over 100 miles. Get the truck back drive it close to 180 miles...

That’s what the dealer said it was the first time then it happened again.

I get the same surge feeling when coming to a stop and easy up on the brake pedal.
