If you had the stock parts it shouldn't be too costly, but you'll have to have what was cut welded back, that may require fabrication so that type of labor is not cheap when you have to pay a capable shop to do it. I have no idea if the cut pieces could be welded back cleanly.

So given those specs the OP only needs to add 2 psi to the factory psi on the new size LT 285/60/20 So 47/57.

Eibach makes a kit that includes struts and longer springs. Check with them and see if you can 3 or 3.5 with that setup. If you can reach 3 then add a 1/2 top spacer.
Bigger shaft, bigger piston, little bigger body to accommodate more oil,better offroad valving. It's a better overall assembly compared to 5100's at least when it comes to giving the truck speed in dirt roads.

Check this video out. It'll give you a little better perspective. They're not standard Coilovers. 8112's are more inline with King or FOX IBPs. OME P51's are also IBPs for example but their piston is tiny in comparison to a standard 2.5 CO
