If you had the stock parts it shouldn't be too costly, but you'll have to have what was cut welded back, that may require fabrication so that type of labor is not cheap when you have to pay a capable shop to do it. I have no idea if the cut pieces could be welded back cleanly.

Yeah maybe the spring is a little weak then. Very weird. i know not all trucks are created equal so you may see different outcomes everywhere. Talk to Bistein and see what they can do for you.
I checked tire rack and found the factory size for you guys is LT 275/70/18
So given those specs the OP only needs to add 2 psi to the factory psi on the new size LT 285/60/20 So 47/57.
I prob wouldn’t change a thing an keep them at 45/55 given the difference will be peanuts.
They’ll take more psi to maintain the same weight support. You have less sidewall with 20” so you need more air. What’s the factory tire and load rating on the Rebels? I’m surprised with RAM factory psi values. 2020 Tundras take 30 front 33 rear. 17 Tacoma’s are 29/29. In my truck factory was...
Eibach makes a kit that includes struts and longer springs. Check with them and see if you can 3 or 3.5 with that setup. If you can reach 3 then add a 1/2 top spacer.
Bigger shaft, bigger piston, little bigger body to accommodate more oil, better offroad valving. It's a better overall assembly compared to 5100's at least when it comes to giving the truck speed in dirt roads.
Maybe one day i should start a retail business of selling suspension parts for the RAM 1500 market hahaha.
Honestly most will be more than happy with King or Fox CO's, we're not jumping our trucks at least in a way that you'll need hydro bumps. worst case the hard landings will feel harsh...
Check this video out. It'll give you a little better perspective. They're not standard Coilovers. 8112's are more inline with King or FOX IBPs. OME P51's are also IBPs for example but their piston is tiny in comparison to a standard 2.5 CO
I don't know if that will be the case with the 8112's...
Are you finding 6112's in stock at retailers ? When they're not available at retailers you'll be waiting months for them. Same with 5100's. in anycase 6112's are not in the same category with 2.5 Coilovers. they're more of an upgrade from 5100's. 8112's are the real deal and more line with King...
OP, you may contact Fabtech and ask them if their UCA's are stock lenght/offset or if they're built with an offset for their 3" lift. If they're built in with the offset then all you have to do is find a competent shop that can do alignments. 4wp and the like are not that type of shops for...
I don't know many that build adjustable BJ's in this market? The only ones i know are SPC made for Toyotas FJC's/4runners, and they're $625 :) for example.
Most of the aftermarket ones for the RAM have a built-in offset and they can vary the length as well. Our caster/camber is adjusted at the...
Fabtech UCAs are supposed to be factory replacements. At least the ones they use in their 6* lift kits. Which can also be used stock. That will mean no caster/camber correction asides from what the stockers give you. I don't know if those are the same arms. I keep an spreadsheet with parts so...
Another BDS kit with the now infamous BDS UCA's that bites the ground. BDS is still muted. you guys should definetely get all together lawyer up and get on BDS butt for a full refund. This is beyond BS. They're still sending you crappy MOOG BJ's assuming you filled out the no fine print warranty...
Something some don't think but when selling time comes, anything you did to your truck that didn't involve cutting and adding brackets is a simple install back to stock. Keep your stock parts in your garage. If you went with race shocks expensive UCAs, aftermarket parts, etc you can sell...
Some fellas have never seen off-camber trails in a 6" truck. Lol. i think the only benefit of a 6" lifted truck will be more rocker panel clearance, better approach/departure angle, at least if you're comparing stock truck vs truck.
Here in socal you can go lots of places if you get 2" more in...
I didn't know RC had 3.5" QL struts for your application. Did you take measurements ?
Also can you post pics with the your CV axel angles ? Curious to see how those angles look like with these struts.
