Perfect. Replaced mine today. I was surprised I was able to get the new seal to seat into the transmission without having to whack it in. I was able to use my fingers with the force and it popped right in.
Shorties are a waste of time and money.
To help with power, mpg and overall better drivability, long tube headers and custom tuning will be the best bang for your buck. Although neither are on the cheap side, the benefits are worth it.
Went through 3 sets of the headlights before I gave up and went with OEM led headlights. The morimotos looked better but the performance was terrible compared to the factory led headlights.
Just got back from a family vacation and spent some money on the truck.
Ordered a cam kit and everything needed to install. I’ll be doing the install late next month. I’ll be full bolt on and cammed soon 💪
I made it myself. 4” carbon fiber tubing, couplers, 6” bellmouth on the end with a 6” ID air filter. Relocated the factory coolant overflow and the air filter draws cold air directly from the grill where the coolant overflow originally was.
My intake gets air directly from the grill so not much “hot” air is getting introduced. Also being made from carbon fiber, heat soak is a lot less likely.
