Dealership replaced both Exhaust Manifolds DS/PS as both were cracked under powertrain warranty. They had the parts in stock luckily almost $800 warranty claim. I had to pay another $500 for other repairs not covered by warranty as my 36/3year is gone now.
They did a full replacement took about 3 weeks to get the part as its in high demand for some reason :rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes: It did fix the issue entirely.
Noise is finally gone, the clock spring did fix the issue, didn't do anything else according to the work order. Either way I am happy now it was getting worse and worse by the day. Hopefully it lasts. I also had them fix an issue I was having with my dash stating my trailer was disconnected...

It appears the kit includes a spacer was that not enough with the 2" level which is what I have as well? I ordered the kit just trying to see if I need an additional spacer or not? Thanks for the help I appreciate it.
Did the Timbren SES make a difference thinking about getting a set as well. My front doesn't sag very much but if it helps reduce some additional strain I would be for it. I only do my driveway as well, have a tractor with snow blower but takes two hours to clear and in wind and cold no fun...
Bumping this thread I finally got my Western HTS installed today, very happy how it turned out. Truck drives great with it just need some snow. Haven't had much so far in my area that averages 150"+ a year. Thanks to all that took the plunge before me.
