On the Limited you recline the seat and then fold down the center console and reach behind the seat back you will feel where the seat is attached to the back wall of the cab there is a cord that hangs down. Pull on that cord and the seat back will fold forward on that side.

I had time this weekend to work on the sound detener on the rear cab panel. My truck according to the vin was suppose to have a detener on the rear cab. I purchased the factory one from ram and I did not like it, it did not have an adhesive back on it so I purchased some Dynamat Xtreme...
All I could get from my dealer was the truck according to the build date didn't use the seal. In my opinion you could run without the seal if the vent where stronger and didn't open so easy.
