I did that too with the same results. I'm thinking the issue might be my phone. I also discovered a new problem. sometimes it wants to connect to my wife's phone for some strange reason, and it will not let me connect at all while it's trying to find her phone. It's a real pain.

Yes I've been having this issue too. I also live in the Phoenix area. I just got my USB Hub replaced this past Just and the problem has already popped up but it starts working after about five minute or so. This is my first and last RAM.

I recently had my truck serviced at my local dealership. when it was done, the service adviser told me my uconnect had two updates. I found it strange because the the night before I checked online and there were no updates available. does anyone else with the 12 inch system have the same issue?

My Ram is equipped with the 12' screen and I have never received any notifications that my Uconnect did or is about to do an OTA update. I check the website and put in the VIN and it says my system is up to date. So far the only update that I know about is when the dealership did my Amp update...
