If I'm understanding you correctly that still will leave the open area for the auto start/stop. Maybe not the physical button but a hole where that button would be. I believe since I have a Rebel with rear diff lock and decent control the only panel I can use is one from a Rebel GT.

Exactly. Just wondering if anyone has found a solution for that. Even if that was a blank dummy button would be fine with me. But having the auto/start stop symbol on it would bother me.

I don't believe you can since every GT came with auto start/stop. My truck does have axle lock and decent control

For those of us without eTorque, has anyone found a solution to removing or covering the auto start/stop button on the replacement 4x4 shifter panel? Really looking at doing this swap but want it to look clean.

I like the new Rebel wheels. I should be due for new tires this year. Hope I can find a set of take off's when they come out.

It certainly looks factory in those pics. The rotary shift doesn't bother me that much but I do like the idea of the console shifter.

I was thinking it would be cheaper to not have to replace the base and easier since I have the red trim on mine that I would need to find a way to swap over if possible. Looking at the price of a new shifter alone it might not save me that much if I can get a good deal on an entire used console...

Thanks for the info. Probably that would be the only way I do the swap is if I could keep my console.

I'm curious what you had to do to the center console to fit the new shifter and cup holders. Do you have any pics of that? Not having to replace the whole console would save a lot of money.

That's certainly a bummer. I was already liking the idea of a Rebel with that HO engine.

You all have me paranoid about still having my original battery now. My truck was a May 2019 build and has 32K miles. It sits at least 4 days a week and I have never touched the battery.

I have a thin crack in the usual spot on the drivers side only. It doesn't leak and when I brought it to the dealer last year for another reason I pointed it out. They told me it was a seam in the frame and it's supposed to be there. I didn't push it any further since it doesn't leak but I...

Thanks for sharing your experience. I keep looking at them. Wouldn't be something that I would be able to ride that often which is why I don't want to spend $12K on one. Every now and then I see a slightly used one come up for sale for around 7-8. Maybe one day.
