At least Stellantis is carrying on the FCA tradition.

So I did find out some info when I talked to the folks at Uconnect. Apparently they plan on turning on the traffic feature in early 2022… one would have expected that to already be working, but oh well.

I am sure this is still a pretty small group, but for those with the 12” Uconnect 5 system, does your traffic and weather work? My weather says “error trying to load” and though I have traffic flow turned on, I get nothing.

Let’s not challenge a supply chain to not deliver in the current environment…lol. On a positive note, I’d guess a lot of the Uconnect 5 bugs would be worked out by then.

Finally have a window sticker. Maybe they’ll get around to shipping it soon. That said, my dealership will hopefully still honor FFP (affiliate) pricing. Really hoping it’s true that they’re only dropping it from 21s.

The UC5 is plausible. My dealer said he would look into it and let me know what he finds out tomorrow. Im hoping it’s something simple. Anyway I’ll update when I hear something.

Well, I’ve been shipped to storage. I’m not sure if it’s better to be waiting on a pile of parts to get put together, or having a built truck hanging out enjoying the late summer/early fall weather in Michigan?

Ordered last week and was told it had to be a ’22.

I changed it myself at ~65,000. Dealer quoted me ~$800, which convinced me to give it a go myself. It really wasn't that bad except keeping the transmission in the temperature range on a 95 degree day last summer. I got the pan/filter and fluid from my local dealer's parts department. IIRC...
