Bought some stock speakers and put them back in the front doors....problem solved. ANC works perfectly now. Expensive mistake on my part.

Finally heard back from the dealership. Definitely the front speakers. Surprised it took them this long to figure it out. It's all connected to the ANC. Putting stock front door speakers back in.

I spoke to my service rep today and he said they are still troubleshooting and waiting for an answer from Mopar Engineering. I told him I replaced the speakers (its been there for over a week and I just want my truck back) but he didn't think that would be the issue. Who knows...

The audio system does noise cancellation. I think it's from the front door speakers and the subwoofer.

I don't think they pump sound in. There is an active noise cancelling system that makes it quite. I wonder if you messed that up by accident or something.

True. It will make it sound like you actually have speakers in the rear. I can't stand the soundstage sound. I prefer a more immersive "in the middle of it" experience instead of everything hitting you in the face. The 3ohm vs 4ohm is thing is overblown and not an issue. The Refs are LOUD...

I put Infinity Refs 6X9s in the rear doors and it made a massive improvement. I read that the front door speakers are wired for bass only, so I didn't mess with those as they probably wouldn't benefit from a 3-way speaker. But just swapping out the rear doors was huge. The clarity, volume and...

Just curious, sounds like you want to install separate tweeters in the doors. Why not just get some high quality 3-way or 4-way 6X9s for the doors? It makes a huge difference. Completely changes the sound for the better.

Yeah, those are definitely different than the "Alpine" generic speakers.

They are just basic 2-way generic Chinese speakers. Nothing really to look at. Completely unmarked other than "Made in China" stamped on the back.
