Definitely. It just sucks that there are all these videos online of people programming stuff into their trucks like key fobs and auto windows down and such, then finding out that it only works for 4th gens. I just hope someone finds this thread and realizes that FCA screwed all the new truck...

AlfaOBD doesn’t do anything for my truck. 2019 ram tradesman. I bought it thinking I was going to be able to get remote start only to find out that it actually can’t program keys. It’s great that you can enable things but if you don’t have the hardware then what is the real point of buying...

For passive entry, did you have to buy a new handle? What is ACC? What is FCW? For auto park, did you add this or disable it?

Does anyone have any experience with adding an aftermarket radio to their 5th gen? I was really hoping to grab a rotatable Joying head unit but I can find the harnesses or dash kit for our 5th gen. Everywhere I look I see only 4th gen RAM accessories. I am really leaning toward Linkswell now...

Did you do this? Do you have any info on harnesses or aftermarket radios that can be used? So far I have only found a company in the UK that seemed to have some answers, but unfortunately they don't sell directly.
