Help - Larger Tires sizes that fit on Stock Setups 285/60or65/R20's. without Rubbing?? Would love some advice and info

Thanks, and sorry that I just saw this. But I’ve not been on the forum for a while. I put the Grapplers on the stock Longhorn wheels, and it has not been leveled or lifted. It’s all stock. The tires rub a bit on a full lock turn, but nothing major.

    Best/honest Ram dealer in Texas

I also bought my truck from Nyle Maxwell CDJR in North Austin. They gave me about 18% off MSRP back in March of 2019, which was pretty fair. Pretty easy to deal with too.

    Air conditioning performance

I’m a recirculator too, SD. Makes sense that only having to cool moderate interior air, instead of hot ambient air, would be easier on the system and maybe provide cooler vent temps.

    Busted seal with grease leak

Thanks, Phil. I don’t see why it wouldn’t be covered by the warranty. The only time the truck has been off paved roads was for about three days a couple of times at a fishing camp in Cocodrie, LA. And those roads were good gravel roads.

    Busted seal with grease leak

About 22,000 miles. No off roading to speak of. Seems the boot just split.

    Busted seal with grease leak

So I had the Hellwig sway bar installed and while up on the rack, the mechanic pointed out a busted seal on the front driver’s side wheel assembly that’s spewing out grease. See the pic. Looks like I’ll be going to the dealer for a warranty repair. Anyone else have this problem? This seems...

    Air conditioning performance

Ha. We want see 68 degrees here in Central Texas, even at night, until about the first of October. We’re lucky if it gets down into the mid-70s at night. Just checked the weather and it’s 102 right now.

    Air conditioning Hack

That’s the clamps I use. I use two to clamp off the hose. Drove for about 25 minutes yesterday with the outside temp showing 101. I had the AC on Lo, recirculate, and the fan speed all they way up at 7. When I got home, here’s what my old HVAC thermometer showed as the air temp coming out...

Nitto Ridge Grappler Sidewall.. Which Side Did You Use?

Ah. Okay. That makes sense. No. I used the same pattern on both sides. But that’s kinda not a bad idea I guess if you like both patterns. My OCD would probably stop me from doing it though. :)

Nitto Ridge Grappler Sidewall.. Which Side Did You Use?

Not sure I understand your question, Night Rebel. Is what really what I did?

    Air conditioning Hack

Had to go to our office in Austin for while today. Outside temp on the way was showing 101. Takes me about 25 minutes to get there and back, and I had the AC temp set to Lo, recirculate, and kept the fan on 7 the whole time home. Here's what my old school HVAC thermometer was reading when I...
