Busted seal with grease leak

So I had the Hellwig sway bar installed and while up on the rack, the mechanic pointed out a busted seal on the front driver’s side wheel assembly that’s spewing out grease. See the pic. Looks like I’ll be going to the dealer for a warranty repair. Anyone else have this problem? This seems to be the problem. Split CV boot.

About 22,000 miles. No off roading to speak of. Seems the boot just split.

Thanks, Phil. I don’t see why it wouldn’t be covered by the warranty. The only time the truck has been off paved roads was for about three days a couple of times at a fishing camp in Cocodrie, LA. And those roads were good gravel roads.

That should be covered under warranty no problem.
