What should i do to my truck?

I have the v6. I just put new wheels (275/65/R20) and a leveling kit (3inch on the front and 2 inch on the back). Now im looking to see what else I should add. Planning to change the taillights, add subs and speakers. Im thinking of adding a bigger fuel tank. Is there is anything else that I should do to help me out?

What size fuel tank does it have now? Do you make a lot of long trips, or tow?

As for mods you can do, it's all personal preference. Do what you think is good for you. No matter what, you will have some people that like it, some people that absolutely hate it, and a whole bunch of people that don't really care what you do to your own truck.

Anyone know how feasible swapping gas tanks would be? My mileage thus far has been pretty terrible and I’m kinda regretting not getting the larger gas tank.

I would think it could dropped in and replace/recalibrate the fuel level sensor.
