Rebex X 2025 SO: yellow lock (central differential) is always on.

Hi to all and Good morning.

I saw that you always are very kind and give help to the Ram's owner... and this time is for me .....

I ask you an help about an aspect of my RAM Rebel X GT 3.0 Hurricane 2025 made on october 2024 and bought 5 days ago.

My italian dealer is looking for the problem and he is doing research to solve one aspect. A big difficult is (perhaps) because he can't compare the truck with another truck rebel x 2025 and more because we are in Italy and RAM is for few enthusiasts buyers only (this new Ram is my second Ram).

The problem is this: when I turn off the differential lock and I travel in 2WD, the yellow lock is ALWAYS ON on the display, informing me that the central differential is locked (also if the light of the button of the block is correctly off and also the rear lock is off-grey).

I cannot turn off the yellow lock even with repeated "forward-backward" 4wd low, insertion manoeuvres, etc. (see photo)

Can you help me?
Is perhaps normal that the central lock normal stay always on also while the rear differential is off ?

Okay, thanks for your understanding.

But I'd like to point out, however, that my post #1 hasn't been read... (there is write that I'm in Italy).

That said, obviously, I don't expect the same level of assistance as my friends in the US, Canada, or in UK, I'm just asking one thing:

" Is there anyone of good will who can get into a 2025 Ram REBEL X Hurricane SO, sit in the driver's seat, start the truck, and look/see the display the off-road page ?" (see photo post #1).

On that page, there's an image of the power transmission with the two differentials.
If the center differential lock is yellow (on) even in 2WD, that means everything is fine.
And I'll be satisfied.
Please, forward these considerations to the assistance Team.

My Rebel less than 10 days old, and less than a thousand miles !
