I have a 2020 ram 1500 laramie sport. When I have any load on the rear end it sags pretty low. I have coil springs and all I have found for aftermarket options are to install some sort of air bags at least in the rear, but goes with either an external air servicing port, or an onboard air compressor. The problem I am having is finding a way to wire the system (preferably with an onboard compressor) to a stock auxiliary switch in the cab. I have the panel with the switch but the truck didn't come with the system. I have found an onboard compressor that can stow in the floor compartment bins in the backseat floor which I'd like to utilize too. Does anyone know of a kit or wiring harness to connect to an aftermarket air bag system and an onboard air compressor (at least in the rear) and wire it to the oem auxiliary switch on the center console?

I am having the same problem with my TRX and at first thought, like you, to bag it so I asked around and someone replied to me that I needed a load leveling hitch, that it was simple physics. Scratching my head I went turned on my Google-fu and found a video that showed that airbags only put way too much weight onto your axle and do nothing for the front except make it look good. so I am now looking at WDH devices.
Here is the video link,
Also found this,

A weight distribution hitch (WDH) is used to shift weight from the tow vehicle's rear to its front and the trailer's axles, improving steering and braking. Airbags, conversely, are primarily for leveling the vehicle by supporting the rear axle, which does not redistribute the weight and can actually increase rear axle load. While airbags reduce sag, they don't address the critical weight distribution needed for safety, making a WDH the better and more critical choice for stability and control.
This page has many reasons to not bag it.

So far I have looked at 3 different systems but have not yet decided on what one to get.
That being said my load is the same all the time so before I spent 800-1300 buck I am going to try playing with load placement and see if I can get the sag to go away by moving some of the load to the rear, they say 10-15% of the total load including trailer weight on the tongue. So first I need to weigh what is on the hitch/tongue.
Wish me luck and I hope you find that sweet spot as well.

How much load do you consider "any" load? Not being a smarta$$, but genuinely asking. Also is the suspension stock? No lift/level?

you have to remember you only have a few hundred pounds of carrying weight
you should weigh your truck to see just how much your pay load is.
my trucks gvwr is 6900 which means I can only carry 1460 lbs, that is not very much if I have passengers and other stuff in cab.
