Price negotiated from MSRP

I just purchased a 2025 from Medina Auto Mall in Ohio. It’s a 2025 Big Horn Crew cab with the pentastar v6. It has the night edition package and the level 2 package and the dealer threw in side steps and a line-x spray in liner. The sticker price was 60k and I paid $40,300 after all discounts. This was a cash sale so fairly straight forward. Pretty great deal overall
That is a great price, great job! Is it a 4x4?

Yes 4x4. I had a 2wd truck once in northeast Ohio when I was much younger. These days I am not as brave lol. Yeah honestly I was looking at Silverado’s but this Ram was about $4000 less than a LT trim Silverado and with all of the engine / transmission problems on the GM trucks this seemed like a no brainer. I am really happy with the truck. Lots of features at a great price.

Doesn't seem like a great time to buy a 2025. I bought a 2026 from Mark Dodge a month ago for just over $79K.

Depends on what you want. If youre looking for the sea-salt interior, which is the only reason to seek out a 25 at this point, then you're captaive to the current prices. I remember going through this in 2020, the indigo/frost trucks didnt get much discount while the black interior trucks were usually cheaper.

I doubt the indigo/seasalt 25 tungstens will drop much in price, the dealers know theres a demand and they are only getting more scarce.
Also depends on how your shopping; if youre shopping locally only then you may not get the price you want. I searched nationwide last month and bought my truck for $78K from a dealer in Memphis, 650 miles away.

If you're willing to shop outside your market, you can find deals on 25's

Some of these trucks have the seasalt interior but this list is a lot smaller than it was a month ago. The number of DM Red Tungstens has fallen significantly, there was 16-20 DMR tungstens in mid august when I started searching, theres now only 3 that come up in the same nationwide search and only 33-35 with the seasalt interior vs in August.

Not all dealers post there inventory so you also need to check the Ram site, I found 2 tungstens near me but they are $3500 more than I paid even if you factor in shipping the truck to me which was $650 (Memphis to Dallas)and it was delievered the next day.
The only plus to the 26 is the 10/100,000 warranty but I'd be out of warranty in 5-6 years even with that. I can buy an extened warranty for 6/125 and still be slightly less than a 26's cost so the 25 with the interior I wanted was worth it for me

beware of that lake elsinore dealership. reviews are all stating the same thing that the online advertised prices are a bait and switch. apparently they tack on multiple thousands of dollars of non removable "accessories", someone even said one of the non-removable charges was 600$ tire air.

i almost contacted them about one of there black tungsten's they have listed for 71k, but wont give a dealership like that the time of day if this is how they operate.
just figured i would post this incase someone see's those images posted above and tries to purchase from lake elsinore

There's a lot of that, I didn't call them because they were too far away and after shipping or a flight and drive back, it wouldn't have saved much. Bill Luke is legit, I got a worksheet from them with no add-ons. Same with Peters in Longview TX

im in colorado, about 700 miles away, wouldnt be the worst drive back, 71k would be a great deal i feal like even if they added 4k in "accessories" it still puts the price below average, some of the reviews says some of the addons were stuff like gps theft tracking. which the dealership used wire taps under the dash... aint no way anyone should be paying 70+ for a new vehicle that a dealer purposely damages the wiring, that shouldnt even be legal.

bill luke prices arent terrible though might contact them.

Similar issue with Wallace CJDR in FL. Contacted them when I saw Tungsten listed for $79K on cars.com. They wouldn't honor the price or give me anything in writing because it was not their "policy". The best they could offer was $84K. When I argued about them playing "bait and switch" games, they deleted the listing. Their excuse was that that was just advertised price, IF I qualified for every rebate (which seems to be more impossible than winning a lottery). Same truck is still listed on their site but with higher price.

Lake Elsinore Ram is right down the road from me, heard they play alot of games, and want customers to physically come in....I talked to them about a 2500 and they didn't seem to have interest in doing business over the phone....I didn't take it that far and wasnt 100% committed, but did research them, this was consensus I got......of course I say this and watch someone have no issues at all, lol

Elsinore is a tweeker town and Ram dealers in CA are notorious for accessory markups...the truck already has theft and GPS and they want to charge for another device.....another is bedliner add on even if the truck has one already, nitrogen is damn near free at service station and reg air is like 70% nitro.....lot of bait and switch for Ram here but GM isnt near as bad and getting them removed is simple

What was the MSRP? I've been trying to buy a Tungsten from them and they won't come down from $82 + TTL.
I ordered my 26 Tungsten on June 30 from Mark Dodge. It is arriving here in IL this Friday. MSRP was $92,525 ( I did not order with Off Road Pkg) on the window sticker and I paid $80,600. I also decided to go for 5 year/60K full electronics extended warranty for $3K (not included in the $80K). Seemed a little high, but with all of the electrical issues on the 25, this was more for my peace of mind than anything else.
