What did you do to your Ram today???

Don't roast me for how dirty she is. Holiday weekend...guess what... the refrigerator dies. Luckily 2 camping 12 volt fridges saved the contents and earliest delivery was Tuesday... Put her to work... Bakflip out of the way, cpl of load bars and 3 rachet straps... 1 hour 15 min drive and new fridge installed. 1000018839.jpg1000018842.jpg1000018841.jpg

Must be in the air, my fridge died Friday, for them being "40%" off everywhere they are still damn expensive

Desert does it 1” seat jackers.

Has made a world of difference in seat comfort.
thats my secret weapon for being able to do that epic trip last year.
honestly i don't think i could've done it without it. at least, i'd have a lot more 0 mile days without it.

Went to Flagstaff, camped at Cococino National Forest and Cinder Hills. Drove around Cinder Hills OHV then down to Flagstaff, Sedona, Jerome, and Prescott.

Used my new Sony A7IV for pics. Shot like 950 photos in 3 days... only keeping under 500. Still working on them.

But this happened on the way home, just now:

AC line burst, freon leaked out.
3.5 hrs away from home, 104F outside. Ambient temp stayed above 95F for 99% of the drive home.
Made it back sweating my butt off. Drank 7 bottles of water on the way.

This was my own fault and I can't blame anyone though lol
What happened was when I put in the ARB compressor adapter fitting a year or 2 ago to fit the extension hose, the adapter was at the wrong angle and gouged the AC hose, most likely due to heat and rubbing when boogie. I noticed it when airing up back then, and knew this would happen some day in the future, and made a mental note to replace the hose...

and then i completely forgot about it.

I'm just glad this didn't happen last year while on the way north lol the first few days were over 100F ambient temp and i had long driving days much like today.

First new set of tires on my Night Edition Limited after putting 34k miles on the OEM Pirello Scorpions (which I've never been a fan of on multiple other SUVs that came with them). I drive pretty much exclusively on the road (and mostly highway), so went with the Michelin Defender LTX M/S 2. I've really only had one significant drive so far, but the ride seems good and noise level is great... pretty much as expected.
Do you get some vibrations above 70mph? I got the same tires from Costco. After balancing twice, I still get vibrations.

Road force balance? If not, I'd try that. It got rid of the vibrations from my Toyos at those speeds.
